Splenda isn’t any better from what I’ve read. Basically all of the manufactured sweeteners create toxic chemicals in your body.
Back in the 1960s, Big Sugar spent big bucks and got the FDA to ban cyclamates in the U.S. claiming there was a link to cancer. But, as it turned out, this was not the case. It’s still banned in the US but not in Canada. Same thing happened with saccharin. Got banned, then declared safe.
I take sucralose over sugar anytime. Sugar, and its cousin, high fructose corn syrup is what’s bad.
