Yep, that red rooster sauce is pretty powerful stuff. Never encountered it outside Thai and Vietnamese places. I love hot foods and have to put that on the side so I can have a controlled burn, lol.

You call Rooster Sauce hot? I’d say mild at best, but it has a really nice taste. I had it on my eggs this morning. I don’t like the fiery painful food, but Rooster Sauce can go on most anything around here.
