Obama does not have the characteristics of a person functioning at the high genius level so I would think this is a fairy tale. I would estimate it at about 115.
Hillary Clinton may have a 140 IQ, but Bill Clinton's is much higher.

How did “scholars” get access to Obama’s IQ scores? Remember the hoax about Bush being a 70 IQ, based on his speeches? Wouldn’t that be a reflection of his SPEECHWRITER’S IQ? Obama appears intelligent, when he reads from the teleprompter, but when not, he appears dumb as a stump.
some of these “obots” were basing this solely on his ability to get into Harvard and they were using the avg. LSAT of the Harvard students and that puts Obama in MENSA. let’s see his LSAT.
I estimate Soetoro’s IQ at 95-105. As I’ve listened to his speeches and interviews, it’s obvious that he’s a one- or two-trick pony. He learned as a youth that he can go far with nothing but his skin color and a few of off-the-shelf logical fallacies (Straw Man, undistributed middle, equivocation) that fool those who want to be fooled.
