How did “scholars” get access to Obama’s IQ scores? Remember the hoax about Bush being a 70 IQ, based on his speeches? Wouldn’t that be a reflection of his SPEECHWRITER’S IQ? Obama appears intelligent, when he reads from the teleprompter, but when not, he appears dumb as a stump.
As an aside 70 is the number states use as to implement the death penalty or not. A convicted murderer with 70 IQ will be spared as they are not capable of understanding their actions.
