New York Times drops ball on IRS Investigation of Planned Parenthood Clinics
New York Times/Other Sources... | 10-April-2011

Posted on 04/10/2011 2:08:54 PM PDT by topher

The original article is (New York Times):

The Bay Citizen: I.R.S. Looks at Finances of Bay Area Clinic

There is a FreeRepublic thread on this as well:

I.R.S. Looks at Finances of Bay Area Clinic [ IRS ]

This situation was so criminal and so bad that Planned Parenthood tossed the clinics in question out of the Planned Parenthood network.

Coverup. That is the word to describe.

If a coverup happens to some liberal sacred cow such as Planned Parenthood, the New York Times will ignore.

However, if it a conservative situation, the New York Times will throw all their resources in unearthing the smallest bit of information.

Of deeper concern is the fact that Obama will probably block any legitimate attempt at an investigation into this criminal activity.

He will aided in this crime by Senators Feinstein and Boxer of California...

I am holding the New York Times foot to the fire on this one. April 15th is rapidly coming up.

Since you claim to be a former IRS employee, it was in September that an IRS investigation of the Planned Parenthood Clinics started. The situation was so bad at the time that Planned Parenthood tossed these clinics out of their network.

It is my belief that Obama, Senators Feinstein and Boxer will aid covering this mess up.

But the New York Times was the source of the story. At one time, the New York Times would have followed up on this type of story...

Sorry to ask your opinion, but just curious...

Ummm, in light of that’s been learned of Planned Parenthood’s practices of late, can’t help but wonder, when does RICO start entering the discussion? Or have they been granted an obamawaiver?

I would also like to see RICO with the DNC. I consider the FACEPAGE to dump trash at the residence of the Speaker of the House to be a criminal act.

But consider what Lila Rose's LiveAction.Org has uncovered (Her Statutory Rape undercover ops and Her sting about finding that Planned Parenthood does not offer mammograms) is some ammunition for RICO.

The other ammunition is the Washington Times articles on the missing millions that the GAO has uncovered.

Additionally, former Planned Parenthood director Abby Johnson states that 98% of Planned Parenthood funding goes to a slush fund to fund abortions (only).

Definitely there is some smoke for someone to investigate where the fire is coming from and RICO sounds very appropriate.

Incidentally, the GAO is reporting about $1 billion missing total... Sounds criminal...

Illegal dumping or littering is likely a crime in most every county in the United States, and it is felony conspiracy to plan, discuss and and agree to commit ANY crime, no matter how minor, even if the planned crime is not carried out.

The important fact to realize here, is that DemoRat officials will protect ANY Rat leftist from prosecution for most any crime, and will go to extreme lengths to prosecute conservatives and Republicans (Scooter Libby) on the flimsiest technical crimes in existence (or non existence, if you will).

If it isn't illegal to harass people, whether national political figures or just ordinary folk who irritated somebody, then it SHOULD be. The Left went after John Ashcroft and drove a very good man out of office. They went after Bush, Palin, Cheney and heaven knows how many others with complete impunity. What's more, anyone of a conservative bent knows the cost of providing leadership may be too high to bear. OK to send letters of protest, or even peacefully picket; NOT okay to dump trash, slander, hack, bring your school class to participate in harassment, interfere with their lives, etc.

Actually, it already is, although in many cases it must be addressed by tort. The difference is criminal illegality or civil illegality.

The victims of civil illegality actually have a little better chance of getting justice as they have to show a preponderance of evidence rather than proof beyond a reasonable doubt, but they can't get blood (money) from a turnip. They may win without punishment to the perp.

Again, the real problem is the corruption of the government officials in the enforcement of the law, not so much the law itself.

Conspiracy to commit a criminal act.
Cumping trash at someone’s residence is a criminal act.
Conspiring with others and soliciting the participation of others in this criminal act is also a criminal act.

Promoting a criminal act. Dumping trash on someone else's property or on the street would have to be considered a criminal act.

It might be considered a misdeamendor. But if 200 people come with pickups loaded with trash, it could cause quite a problem -- not only for the Speaker, but for his neighbors.

I assure you if the situation was reversed, the Democrats would be crying foul.

I would just say if the shutdown occurred, then things could start getting out of hand -- like they did in Wisconsin.

I am sure this type of activity would encourage death threats, etc.

I made no such claim. The “claim” is from the referenced web site where the information was obtained. I pasted the information, since it was related to the SSI# topic, and rteferenced the link. Here it is again: http://www.stoptheaclu.com/2011/04/09/trump-is-right-obama-is-hiding-something-big/
