"The Big Broadcast is a Sunday night tradition for families throughout the WAMU listening area. Each week, Big Broadcast host Ed Walker offers listeners priceless recordings of popular radio programs from the '30s, '40s and '50s. Priceless, especially, for a man whose first sentence as a child was, 'Turn the radio on.' "

Is there a way to record this flight for later listening? I love that we have so many income tax shows.

If I understand you correctly, tonight's program will be available for a week at
http://wamu.org/programs/bb/ target=blank> beginning tomorrow on demand.
Personally, I have C.Crane VersaCorder audio tape recorder hooked into my computer speaker outlet which records and amplifies sound.

It was busy, as usual. I hope yours was good.
I like the shows so far. I don’t know about the income tax theme as a heartwarmer, though. :-)

JD was pretty good. Catch it on the re-run.
I like your byline. I just said almost the same thing to my husband today. We ran out of lighter fluid for the grill, so he used a package of some kind of solid, waxy lighter stuff our neighbor had given us that said “environmentally friendly” or something like that on the package. It didn’t work very well, and I went to the convenience store and bought a bottle of fluid. Then, I told him your line, basically—if it says “green,” you know it’s no good. :-)

It was short and the story didn't seem to develop much- but I've got a few things going on so many I didn't listen closely enough.
