Why use PP for Title 10 providers? Give it to a clinic that does not perform abortions. I understand the real WHY but what I do not understand is why Republicians did not bring up the IDEA of still spending this money but not giving it to a group that provides abortions? The Dems act like PP is the only providers out there taking care of women and I know for a fact that is not so and so does everyone else.
