My point, again, was that THE STATE OF HAWAII HAS CONTINUALLY BACKED UP OBAMA’s COLB and I think I’ve proved my point that the state’s officials, including the former Governor, Linda Lingle have done that.
In the “Born Identity” article an official of the Hawaii state government is specifically countering the claim that Obama’s “fightthesmears.com” scanned image is a “fake.”
Now I ask Plummz, has ANY government official from the state of Hawaii ever stated that Barack Obama’s COLB is a forgery or an invalid document? If so, who said that and please provide a link to their statement.
During the Lingle Administration, the state of Hawaii published a “Frequently Asked Questions”(FAQ) page specifically devoted to questions about Obama’s birth certificate. If that isn’t “backing up,” I don’t know what is.

A certified copy of a Hawaii COLB issued by the state Department of Health contains all the information that any birth record needs to provide to document Article II, Section 1 eligibility. There is no additional information on a longer form birth certificate that is constitutionally required.

Since the Kos/fightthesemars image does not indicate that the COLB abstract is based on an amended record as a genuine COLB would, it is therefore a false document. Incorrect. It does not contain the citizenship status of the parents. Also incorrect, because (given Hawaii's longstanding pattern of fraudulent issuance of birth documents (cf Sun Yat Sen)) it does not contain witness information which could be independently verified.

Speaking of passports, I watched Greta’s phone interview with Trump again and it’s evident she’s anti-”Birthers”, but DT defended them nicely. She said that years ago she had to produce her BC to get a passport, so of course, BHO had to do the same in the past. DT’s getting a crash-course education in this controversy, judging by his comments about seeing it all over the internet in the last couple of weeks and realizing what a big deal it is with millions of people. Anyway, he needs to learn about BHO’s previous passport(s) used for him to travel to Pakistan and God know where else, AND his multiple (and false) Social Security numbers! I think he’d welcome all this as greater ammunition in his public fight on this issue.

One thing, though - if he wants to run for Prez, he needs to stop using the words “you” and “your”, as in his statement to Greta about OPEC: “your oil and your gasoline are going to be costing you so much”. He needs to start using “we”, “our” and “us” if he doesn’t want to be perceived as a rich elitist.
I remember when Pierre Dupont ran for President - he started going by “Pete” and dressing more casually, but like Kerry, it didn’t fly.

I'll bet that would be a very tough thing to prove legally. Who, exactly, gave them the supposed COLB? Was it sent anonymously on campaign letterhead? Did it just arrive in an email?
Obama set up plausible deniability. If this is proven to be a fraud he can always say "I didn't know about it....a well meaning low level staffer forged it and sent it to this website".
Has anyone in the administration ever confirmed or denied that they sent a COLB to Factcheck? I could be wrong, but I don't think so.
