I did see that before in one of my psychology classes. The ASCHE one is important to the design of our school system. This knowledge has been known by the German philosophers for a century.
What I didn’t understand was that the Fabian socialist John Dewey’s Prussian style public schools were set up (one age in large classroom with one teacher) using psychology to create group-think. It makes the creative thinker-—the one who thinks “out side of the box” as an odd ball to the peers and makes them laugh...and the teacher subtly uses humiliation to get that child to think like the group. (This is used to change the Christian ethics to the postmodern German paradigm—atheism/Marxism/Darwinism.)
This didn’t happen before Dewey because there was no forced schooling and the age was after the age of reason so that children were not as easily manipulated into changing worldview. Kids were not easily bored because of the age span in each class, so they could progress at their own speed, with older kids’ math if they were ready. They were not held back. If the teachers were horrible, the children didn’t go to school. Many of our brightest people never went to public school after the age of 13.....like Mark Twain, Ben Franklin—the list is too long.....Abe Lincoln—people who think outside the box and don’t yield to group pressure—never went to public schools—except for just a few months of his entire life.
Gato’s book, The Underground History of American Education outlines this complete transformation of our public schools into massive brainwashing, conditioning centers to eliminate initiative, individualism, patriotism and Christian values of dignity and worth for all human beings. In fact, Gato rightly contends that our school system is intentionally designed to infantilize the children so they never grow up to be responsible adults. It is subtle...how you have to ask permission to do everything....even attend to bodily needs.
So anti-American!
That is because Marx hates the loyalty of biological connections and the individualism and emotional health which creates self-reliance and a rejection of dependence on government. Marx wants the State to be god and everyone to be dependent on them for all things....even their ideas.
Christianity is all about debating to find the Truth about God since we were created in his image (we are creators too). Debate of ideas has led to great wisdom and creativity and individualism and responsibility to future society and a respect for the past and traditions.
Marxism destroys the past history—they want to destroy all traditions, all biological connections, etc. Traditions are the means of transferring the culture to your children. Then, they can redesign man into their “trousered ape” image where they can eliminate useless eaters and use your children for the end justifies the means.

Indeed. There’s a fine line between education and indoctrination. Our school system clearly leans toward the latter. Your overall post was excellent and insightful and needs no further comment from me! :)
