I’ve looked at her degrees, and what she’s studying.
She’s going to run for office.
Her studies are the type of thing libs think are important for politicians. History at Stamford. (Libs love History - THEIR kind of biased history - and English studies.) Oxford. (International, doncha know - I’ll bet you anything she’s studied up on English health care). Public Health at Columbia. Now she’s going for a doctorate in Public Service.
She’s a poster child for what libs think makes a smart person.
Hey have you guys forgotten how during her Standford years, she was forever flitting off on foreign travel, and barely ever attended classes? Her Stanford diploma was more of a gift rather than one which was earned. I'll bet her other degrees were more of the same. She was a phantom student, unlike the other students who actually had to attend class.
I wonder how long until she's named "the second smartest woman in the world? Second only to mom, of course. She can't be named 'the smartest' because that honor already was given to Ma.
I actually think you could say the same about Chelsea who has done nothing to get the hatred here. Yes she went on a few trips overseas with her mother and some folks didn’t particularly like that. As a child, she was rude with the Secret Service but since has magically grown up. I actually think both the Bush girls and Chelsea turned out fine considering who their parents were (referring to Chelsea in that point). Some are making fun of her looks....no need for that.
I am sure she was given breaks but she most likely did the work that was required. Heck we don’t know the grades that she received. She could have gotten a 2.0 GPA. But to say that they were a gift is a bit much. Computers make things easier to get work done during travels. Yes she had an easier life that most kids, but definitely not the Bush girls. The Bush girls were rich when they were born. Clinton was not rich until later in life.....Governor of Arkansas does not make a ton of money.

My guess is she accepted an invitation to get some publicity for whatever it was she was doing it for...but not seeking personal publicity.
Jenna is a public figure based on who she is, not for any doing of her own. I have "loved" Jenna since her picture was splashed all over the news sticking her tongue out at a photographer from the back seat of the POTUS limo.
Bringing Bar and Jeb into this discussion is a real stretch of association...but useful when trying to find fault where not much existed.

I remember that Mom and Pop called her home so they could have the photo op of the three of them walking to the helicopter going to Camp David. Chelsea had planned a big weekend at Stanford and they made her fly home.
After the photos, Hillary flew off in one direction and Bubba in another direction and they left Chelsea at Camp David with Roger Clinton!
It amazes me that supposedly adults on FR have nothing better to do than find fault and criticize the children of former presidents. You'd think they would save some venom for Obama....but noooooooo, not when they can criticize Chelsea and the Bush twins!

And all you need to do is read Laura Bush's snippy, arrogant little bio (you can find it in religious book stores, for pity's sake) letting all of us conservatives know that she really was never one of us--she likes abortion, she thinks homosexuals should marry, and wants the borders thrown open so she has lots of slaves to wait on her while she reads romance novels. And her daughters are just as silly and lazy as she is.
Laura was miffed because she never got to hang with the Kennedys because of the mal-odour of rustic conservatives like me.
Bill Clinton controlled the borders. Jimmy Carter controlled our borders. But the Bush family wanted to please all their loyal body servants, nannies and dog-poop-picker-uppers by refusing to protect our national sovereignty. GW grew up with some illegal wiping his rear end because Bar was too good to do it herself. Laura couldn't even look after Scottie without help. And she thinks she's so much better than a conservative housewife who makes her own bed, takes care of her own children, and doesn't try to talk her husband into turning the US over to Mexico.

I lived in Texas and I know a would-be Texas aristocrat when I see one. All these rich women with underpaid Mexican nationals living in rooms in their basements and waiting on their families hand and foot.
When I lived there, such behavior (exploiting illegal labor) was considered tacky. But that was years back, before it became fashionable to promote chaos on the border for cheap house help. Nice Anglo ladies before the Bushes could have their cars impounded if they were caught transporting illegals...that should come back! I also knew some US-native Hispanic families who were enraged by the way that illegals were exploited.
Have you ever noticed that W speaks better Spanish than English? Do you remember Bar boasting that she never cooked for her family? And now Laura writes a snippy little autobio about how she's really not like these icky conservatives.
It was over for me for the Bushes when W, Graham, McCain and Martinez tried to force amnesty on the US right after the GOP lost the majority in 06. They weren't letting a crisis go to waste, which showed me right then and there how dangerous RINOs and their shiftless, elitist women can be.
This is a very intelligent family, there is no doubt about it. The degrees Chelsea pursued, her mothers abilities, her dads - there’s not doubt. They are brilliant. Watching Hillary twist and turn and always land on top - she is one smart cookie. And Bill is even smarter.
Chelsea’s gone to competitive schools for advanced degrees - that is very hard. Anyone who’s done it knows what I am talking about.

The elitist attitude about illegals is very common among RINOs. Graham was caught out making a stupid remark about how his South Carolina golf course was kept so perty by illegals...infuriating the owner of that golf course.
