Protesting at funerals is just unseemly, I don’t care who you are.
Oh spare me. This church group must knock it off. I was for the Supreme Court ruling because I don’t want them going against conservatives the next time, but this is just ridiculous. I can’t believe someone hasn’t stopped them.

These people make me so mad. I saw THAT woman on foxnews a week or so ago. I listened to her for about a minute and just couldn’t take it anymore. What they are doing is evil. It also makes Christian’s look bad to those who don’t know any except these loud mouth vile people.
These people are total strangers to Christ’s teachings.
The Phelps might meet their Waterloo at this funeral. Liz was an advocate for homosexuals and AIDS, and I imagine there will be hundreds of people at the funeral, who will leap at the chance to get hold of the protesters.
Evil Church is an oxymoron. Since the biblical definition is basically an extension of Christ’s body, “where two or more are gathered..”

As for Phelps's status as a Baptist, the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) is listed in Wikipedia as the largest association of Baptists in America, and they say this about Democrat Phelps and his crew:

Wouldn’t the Westboro crew love it if someone sent flowers in their name. Nothing cheap either, something with a real price tag? They’d spit, spit spudder, choke.
So why weren’t they at Michael Jackson’s funeral? It seems like they would have gotten a ton of publicity there.
