Might, maybe, potential, possible, but in the end - no one knows if life exists anywhere else. Sounds like wishful thinking - or, more probable, an appeal for more federal funding.
Just because a planet is in the right place and has the right elements does not guarantee life. Unless you believe in evolution.
“Earth” like planets are very rare. Billions of galaxies, but only a small percentage have conditions that allow life. The Habitable Zone in these favorable galaxies further reduces chances for life. Fewer still are stars like Sol. Etc. etc. Hundreds of recently discovered life-limiting constraints are providing reasons why it is reasonable to believe that life is rare.
Inhabiting the worlds Earthlings won’t inhabit.
