Comedian turned politico Victoria Jackson has branded the latest episode of Glee 'sickening' after it screened a gay kiss.
The former Saturday Night Live star, who is now an outspoken political conservative, unleashed her views in a homophobic rant for the conservative website WorldNetDaily.com.
She wrote: 'Did you see Glee this week? Sickening!' The devout Christian added: 'And, besides shoving the gay thing down our throats, they made a mockery of Christians again! I wonder what their agenda is?
'Hey, producers of Glee what's your agenda? One-way tolerance?'
In the episode, two gay characters Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Blaine (Darren Criss) share a long-awaited kiss. Kathy Griffin played a religious Tea Party political candidate modelled on Sarah Palin.
Her comments cams after she made a string of anti-Muslim remarks, writing: 'This new al-Qaida magazine for women has beauty tips and suicide-bomber tips!
'Gimme a break! That is as ridiculous as two men kissing on the mouth! And I don't care what is politically correct.
'Everyone knows that two men on a wedding cake is a comedy skit, not an "alternate lifestyle"! There I said it! Ridiculous!'
Jackson is an active member of the America populist Tea Party movement and an active proponent of Barack Obama, who she once described as the 'anti-Christ'

network TV is the ghetto of television.
It is bad enough we have rerun creep into the pay stations.
(from ACE this week, excuse the cussing...but it appears many in the music industry are unhappy with Glee’s producer)
The overrated (and likely to go into a ratings dive) Glee uses a lot of music licensed from musicians, of course. Ryan Murphy, the show’s producer, is reading his own press clippings and now thinks he’s some kind of Music Jesus and that anyone who refuses to license their songs for his show — in which they’ll be camped up — is a Judas.
The argument seems to have started when Murphy demanded the group Kings of Leon let him turn one of their songs into a campified joke and they said no.
Well, Murphy didn’t like that. Not one bit.
Murphy tells THR: “F-— you, Kings of Leon. Theyre self-centered assholes, and they missed the big picture. They missed that a 7-year-old kid can see someone close to their age singing a Kings of Leon song, which will maybe make them want to join a glee club or pick up a musical instrument.”
On Wednesday, hours after the THR story hit the web, Followill Tweeted: “Dear Ryan Murphy, let it go. See a therapist, get a manicure, buy a new bra. Zip your lip and focus on educating 7yr olds how to say f-—.”
I think that last bit is about the show’s appeal, superficially, as a silly sing-a-long show for young kids while it meanwhile is mostly about sex (and mostly gay stuff lately).
Slash of Guns N Roses also declined this super-big honor of having your songs being done by a scripted version of American Idol.
Well, they asked the Foo Fighters about one of their songs, and they refused. Former Nirvana drummer turned Foo Fighters leader Dave Grohl is now telling Ryan Murphy off.
“It’s every band’s right, you shouldn’t have to do f—king Glee,” he said.
“But then the guy who created Glee is offended that we’re not, like, begging to be on his f—king show. F—k that guy for thinking everybody should want to do Glee.”
“The Glee guy, what a f—king jerk,” Grohl adds. “Slash was first. [Glee] wanted to do Guns N’ Roses. Slash is like ‘I f—king hate musicals. It’s worse than Grease.’”
“Then [Murphy’s] like, ‘Well of course he’d say that, he’s a washed up rock star. That’s what they do. Then Kings of Leon say, ‘No, we don’t want to be on your show.’”
“And then he’s like, well, they’re snotty little a$$holes. It’s like, Dude, maybe not everyone loves Glee. Me included.”
I wish victoria jackson had her own TV show.
You're absolutely right, but it took me a while to pick up on it. I could not put my finger on why almost every female character on the show was portrayed negatively in some significant respect (the only exception is Mercedes, the big black girl with the huge R&B voice - and I do love her voice). But then I realized that the writers/creators were probably all gay*, which would explain the nasty treatment (and, conversely, the loving treatment accorded the increasing cast of homosexual characters).
In any event, the last episode made me want to take a shower and that's when I decided I'd had it.
* Here are the show's three creators - judge for yourself...
A wise decision.
parents need to stand up to the networks and demand show be classed with an “H” just as they would have a “V” for violence or “L” for language or “N” for nudity.
The time to be able to screen out homosexual based shows like glee is long past.
Many people care about what a Hollywood “has-been” has to say, since she is saying it about a Hollywood pervert pushing anal sex on our children.
One of the show’s stars..the cheerleading coach..is also one of Hollywood’s only open lesbians..so you have to wonder if she is helping to drive this agenda...BTW..she also has ( had?) a recurring role as Charlie Sheen’s shrink on Two and a Half Men...
That’s Jane Lynch, who happens to be a very good actress.
Again, I dismiss nothing anyone in Hollywood says....their propaganda is effective....for (rare) good and for (often) evil.
so then..she’s a good actress pushing an agenda...
Unfortunately, yes.
My impression is that the creators intend it to be a franchise as well as a TV show. There is already a national Glee touring company. What's next? Glee on Ice?
Hitting the “off” button on the TV remote is the moral and intellectual equivalent of flushing a commode. Unfortunately, the stench lingers on in TV-ized culture.
not everyone shares that opinion.
she is one of those poison appearance actresses. like that wanda sike person.
I’m sending a big salute to Victoria. She is a great one.
As for TV: a typical show in the early ‘60s was Rawhide with Eric Fleming in the role of Gil Favor the trail boss. He was so tough he made his co-star Clint Eastward look like a softie. And a typical show today has male role models such as.... ....oh it is just sickening.
I’m blessed. Several years ago I was channel surfing and got distracted doing something on my laptop. The channel had a sitcom on that was supposedly family friendly. My daughter said, “mom, you’re not going to watch that are you? That’s disgusting.” I hadn’t been paying attention and missed all the sexual innuendo. I think I’ve seen about 10 minutes of Glee to see why it’s so popular. I was sickened and felt like I needed a shower.
We’ve really become like the frog in the pot. I lived out of the country from about 1998-2004. About the only tv I remember seeing was news, reruns of Malcom in the Middle and first season Seinfeld and Friends. I couldn’t believe how bad tv has gotten when I moved back. It amazes me every day that we go without being destroyed like Sodom and Gomorrah.
I only caught an unintentional glimpse of it when I failed to change the channel fast enough after the Super Bowl.
It had been a good day up to that point.....
