It's what Uncle Captain, Sir would say, just before "eeeshy-foof," when talking to Beany & Cecil, the Sea Sick Sea Sepernt.

Example: "Huhe, eeeshy-foof! That was a close call!" Usually came not long after Little Goose would get into a "DUCK! goose! DUCK! Goose! (Wham!) Duck." argument.
