Why would anybody be sorry for anybody driving wrecks. I drove and replaced engines in wrecks for years because I couldn’t afford anymore. Work and get it done.
I’ve never owned a “nice” car because a to me they are just a means to get where I am going. I have even bought rebuilts because they cost about 2/3 of book value and then I just drive them into the ground.
