This is what’s been bugging me:
“Dunham Surname Origin
Locality. A small village in England, so called from dun, a hill, and ham, a village.”
It does not sound “Irish”.
At best, her “Dunham” relatives were Anglo -Planters-.
Planters enslaved, killed, sold and simply “sent away” the *real* Irish to gain the land for themselves.
[look up Oliver Cromwell and his “history” with the Irish]
Sure, there may be Dunhams in Ireland but they weren’t born Irish.
