Can you cite the Constitutional authority for this gender-based double standard? Just asking

Nope, but not all decisions are based on the Constitution. I also think that when a woman kills her abusive husband to stop the abuse but when she was not in immediate danger, that's both legally and morally different from a woman killing her rich husband for the money. There is no constitutional basis for that opinion either, but I'm right.

No you’re a wrong headed white-knighting mangina. Wrong is wrong and murder is murder so try to get your head out of your a$$ and look at the women “claiming” abuse as an excuse to murder their husbands. Awfully easy to claim abuse when the guy isn’t there to defend himself now isn’t it? And Putzes like you eat that stuff up, man talk about pathetic!

Legal decisions that do not have a Constitutional basis are known as "unconstitutional"

Women who kill abusive husbands are exercising a form of justifiable homicide, a legal concept rooted in the constitutional guarantee of the "right to life"
