Create vouchers and let parents decide where their kids attend. Schools will have an incentive to get rid of trouble makers since they will chase away prospective customers. As it is now, school administrators are taught to make no decisions that might force them to make a court appearance.
If you were a school administrator, would you want to go to court everytime a kid gets bullied?
The commies will never allow vouchers. Homeschooling or private schooling is the only solution. Then, all that will be left in the PS system will be bullies.
Until vouchers are implemented,
every responsible parent should pull their kids out of the government schools and leave them to the animals.
vouchers are definitely the answer. my kids have all gone through private schools and there is no way on God’s green earth that this kind of stuff would be permitted there. bad actors get tossed or tuition dollars disappear.
