The photo you posted was taken at some kind of spacious facility, and Stanley Ann is decked out in a lei. I’m guessing Barry mis-remembered the length of his shirt sleeves, because here he is in white shirt and gray tie, being photographed likely by Gramps, as he and his mother are [likely] ready to board the flight to Indonesia. Just guessing.
