Well Wal-Mart could just make everyone check out up front. That would fix the jerks problem and also wal-mart’s. Might have to take longer to check out but hey there is always some jerk that ruins things for everyone else. Personally I hate theives and the laws are written to help theives. I was at a Belk’s store taking to the check out girl and she told me they can do absolutely nothing if someone walks out with tagged merchandise. They just let them walk. They are so afraid of being sued they let it go.
Nope. First because this policy isn't about the shopper, it's to stop employee theft in reality. And second, they do this to people who check out up front. They've tried to do it to me.
