I fell prey to temptation. My ears were being tickled. But I have corrected my path! --- Last night, I watched Glee for the last time. (snip) Glee has devolved into a worldview-training course. And its worldview is without hope. --- The music of the show is what has drawn me, and I will miss it. But it is an understatement to say that the show is edgy. The characters include...

This is standard method of operation for Hollywood...
..start with acceptable behavior that would please most moral families....
..hook them with cute storylines or appealing stars....
..grab their attention on a weekly basis...
..then, when they're good and addicted....start changing the storyline or direction subtlely....
..and then, whammo....
Hollywood may not have invented propaganda...(or maybe they did)...but they sure have brought it to an art form!
There is nothing exaggerated about my
letter to Fox.
Never watched it, looked to ridiculous for me to waste time on.
Currently trying out “The Breakout Kings” on A&E, it isn’t too bad.
Appreciate all of your comments and apologize
for not sticking around to host. Having a busy
weekend, I wanted to post this before I forget.
I watched the first episode with delight, but
almost right away it deteriorated to juvenile
angst. I stopped watching with regret. The music
is so much fun and brings back fond memories, so
sometimes I watch the musical numbers on Youtube.
Someone mentioned these shows seem to start out
innocent, but then quickly turn to crap. It
happens so often, I wonder if it isn’t purposeful
or if producers are getting pressure from “some
where” to edge up the content. It’s a shame.
In my day - 70’s, and in my children’s show choir
days - 90’s, the hetero guys joined because the
girls were pretty. Not one (NOT ONE) person in
my son’s show choir turned out to be gay.
I’ve watched every episode so far but couldn’t stand the pro-homosexual agenda Glee pushed in probably every episode. It was the music, dancing and sometimes really goofy parts that kept me watching. A lot of that music is my era and you’re right, it does bring back a lot of fond memories. I’m not sure exactly what it was, but the last episode pushed it too far so I removed Glee from my hulu queue.
Saddened I can’t support Glee, but hopeful
Fox and their advertisers will respond to a
GAYCOTT. Macy’s & Chevrolet come to mind,
but I have only watched two full episodes, so
I Hillary (don’t recall) the sponsors.
BTW Scripter... love your tagline, your
name and your home page.
It’s a show about homosexuals, why would anyone normal watch it?
Normal people (like me) watched it because it
didn’t start out as a show about HSexuals.
It was a show that reminded me of my highschool
days and the music was pretty and fun.
They just do that to sucker you in. Any show that has one homosexual cast member eventually ends up being a homosexual focused show
The writers can't help themselves. They must make their sexual choices the center of attention as that is all they have in life
The second law of homosexuality:
To the mnetally healthy (heterosexual), sex is something you do.
To the mentally diseased ('homosexual'), sex is everything you are.
For this reason if a show has one openly homosexual character I refuse to watch it. I wouldn't let someone come into my house and poop on my carpet, why would I let them come into my house and poop into my (and my child's) mind.
QUOTE OF THE DAY!
[...I wouldn’t let someone come into my house and poop
on my carpet, why would I let them come into my house
and poop into my (and my child’s) mind...]
The two episodes I watched were not gay-centric. However,
they were girl power-centric and pathetically immature,
thus ending my affair with “GLEE”.
And yeah... it felt like someone pooped in my mind.
