I may be wrong, but something tells me Charlie is somewhat faking his “craziness” to get as much publicity as possible. He didn’t seem so “crazy” in this video, as in his interviews. In fact, he seemed to be on point, making fun of himself, and dripping with Charlie Sheenish sarcasm.
Who’s to say it isn’t all a set up...?

I barely heard of the show before and now it's front page news. Many people I know just started watching it.
The ratings will skyrocket and charlie will get his 3 million. He will then look like a hero to his fans and get even more publicity.
How about Charles Manson, just to get one sane guy on that show?

As soon as I saw this, I realized that it is highly likely Sheen faked all the craziness to get massive amounts of free publicity and as a way to get out of his contract by provoking Warner to fire him in such a manner that Sheen has a good chance of walking away from a lawsuit with big bucks. I thought this was a brilliant self-parody, with very high production values, and it doesn’t seem likely to me that if Sheen was really as crazy as he pretended that he could write, act, and produce something this funny.
And you do have to remember that Sheen is a very talented comedic actor and that it would be very easy for him to fake the whole craziness thing.
If this is in fact the case, Sheen has pulled off one of the biggest Hollywood coups in history. And if so, you really have to give him a lot of credit for punking all of the media as well as Warner, and really the whole world. Now that’s some incredible acting talent, not to mention the writing.
I think ol’ Charlie may be crazy all right, crazy like a fox!
