How would we handle organizations that said, okay, well pay you 100K, where we used to pay you 300K, but well throw in a house and an annual new car. When I see "flat tax" I think of it as purchases. Whoever bought the house would have to pay 10% on it and everytime they purchase a new car they'd have to pay 10% on it.
OK, now I'm confused, that will work won't it?
