Yet as a January 2011 terrorism statistics report — compiled using publicly available data from the FBI and other crime agencies — from the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) shows, terrorism by Muslim Americans has only accounted for a minority of terror plots since 9/11. Since the attacks on the Twin Towers and Pentagon, Muslims have been involved in 45 domestic terrorist plots. Meanwhile, non-Muslims have been involved in 80 terrorist plots.Well that may be true. But before you progressively think yourself into a corner.
Muslims are thought to be about .08% of the total US population. Cross Worshipers, pardon me I've been hanging with too many Muslims, are about 85% with Jews and heathens representing the rest (just kidding, I don't want to insult the heathens).
Of course lumped in with Christians are the "lost"who just happen to live in a Christian nation. Do you really believe that 98 percent of the French are devout? Muslims don't make that distinction. * Born Muslim, you are Muslim, axe murderer or not. Kind of like being French.
So that means that one third of all incidents come from a small minority of a small minority of 8/10 of one percent of the folks out there.
And you're telling me you want to brag on these statistics? I'm all for skin head hearings, gang hearings, Mexican drug cartel hearing as well if you like.
Wait a minute? Don't we have those already? We do? So why not one about Islamic radicalization?
We know there are American members of al-Qaeda. We know there are American members of al-Shabaab. We know the Amish don't join either. How do we prevent more American young people from ending up dead in Somalia or Afghanistan or in prison here or abroad if we can't talk about it?
*I'd be willing to call, you know, people who are Muslim who don't seem to be very good examples for Islam lost. But as Rusty points out to me. Its not up to us to decide what is right or wrong about Islam or who is a Muslim. That is up to self determination for those who identify themselves as Muslim and what they perceive Islam is to them.

98% of all terrorist acts worldwide in the past 50 years have been committed by men between 16 - 52 years of age who are Muslim.

I smell BS, and suspect they're using some mighty flimsy criteria for "terrorism" here. ...criteria that isn't applied to Muslims. But IF they're correct, then I'd wager that most of the non-Muslim terror plots involve leftist eco-terrorism (ELF and that bunch). We should probably hold hearings for those nutballs too.
Given their disproportionate representation in their terrorist plots.... how many plots would there have been if their population was say...4%?

If you want to believe the census, fine. How many muslims living here would admit to being a muslim? Furthermore, how many terrorist connected muslims do you think are sneaking in through our southern borders? Lots.

I am going to college later in life and some of the young adults I go to classes with are sharp but some of them really, really, are wasting their time in college.
Getting about $50k in debt in gubment loans and are probably not going to get hired with dey pants on da ground no matter how much they think they know and think they are entitled to it.
Again I said there are some very sharp people in that age group but they are not the average person in that group.
It only took less than 0.000007% of the U.S. population, to carry out the 9/11 attacks.
