Along with Cicero’s writings.

Just Law is aligned with Natural Law Theory and God’s Laws. That is why that idea is in the Founding documents of America. It is why our government has been so superior to all others in the history of the world.

It is a very old theory that political laws are always unjust because they apply unequal power. They give power to some over others.

Just Law is equally applicable to all with private property being inviolable and has to be aligned with Natural Law Theory to be just. All other law—man-made-up based on whims or pressure groups will always be unjust and unconstitutional. Holmes and other socialists ruined our legal system and took it off its base—Natural Law Theory. He stated that morality can be separated from law, which is a lie—God’s Laws are the basis of our legal system as intended by the Founding Fathers. Our unalienable rights come from God and as such can NEVER be abrogated by any court or person.
