Amen. I'd love to see utility companies do this as well. They can tell these groups they do not want their money nor do they wish to offer them service. Let them make their own power or work by candlelight.

Yeah, that sucker is just belching all manner of filth into the air.

Did the plaintiffs with their dollars create demand for the electricity generated by that plant? In that case, they bought that pollution.

The envirowackos are never satisfied. They keep piling on the requirements in an attempt to shut down industry. They have no idea how miserable their own little self-absorbed lives will be if they succeed.

Yup, that'll shut 'em up. I remember fishing at that lake years ago. Lots of big bass, but never caught a keeper because of the slot rule.
