Cheap shot, pissant. Unless one is a professional writer, the use of a 'ghost writer' is common practice. As you are smart enough to know, a 'ghost writer' doesn't write anything but instead arranges the authors words, as needed, into a coherent presentation.
Shame on you for suggesting otherwise.

If a writer is employed to help someone organize the journals they’ve kept for years, in order to write a memoir, is NAMED and thanked in that memoir, I don’t think anyone, with the possible exception of someone with a propensity to denigrate, would call that person a “Ghost Writer”.
