Prayer for Friend's Brain Surgery

Please join my in praying for my friend, "J", who will be undergoing brain surgery for a Grade II Diffuse Astrocytoma brain tumor on his temporal lobe close to the brain stem. His surgery is scheduled for Thursday, March 3rd, but I don't know the time yet. Through the Livestrong Foundation, he was able to line up one of the best neurosurgeons at the Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke.

First report is that J is out of surgery and surgeon says it went well.

I was hoping for a few more details, but as I posted earlier, J is out of surgery and surgeon says it went well.

Someone posted a facebook picture of J checking out his bandages and stating that he was "Awake and complaining which is great news". His wife then posted that he was answering some questions and he remembered her name.

Thank you again for all of your prayers and I will post any significant news. To God be the glory!
