I’m making notes on the dyhydrated food..I would love to have something on hand when I want red and green peppers..been saved by onion flakes and garlic powder many times!
Love your suggestion of adding green onions to the potatoes.

I have dehydrated many foods, Meg. But, each one must be prepared for dehydration according to directions. I have jars of dehydrated mushrooms, celery, potatoes, onions, etc. They have come in handy, when I can’t get to the market.

I am going to try the dehydrated whole eggs this morning. All you add is water, and stir, cook and you have scrambled eggs - with all the nutrients. (I’ll let you know how they taste!)
