I got about 2 answers correct outta those 20 questions....
About 3 others I got partially correct..

The headline is certainly confusing. America was not at war what victory could FDR have been referring to?"President Roosevelt expressed the belief today that propoals for peace in Europe must await a British victory."
I didn't see any mention of follow-up questions from the press about how that makes a mockery of the Neutrality Act. I guess it is now considered bad form to bring up stuff like that.
