If you have access to the network, you can look up that specific number and find the tower it is logged into, the computers track you every day, it is how they shut off your service.

They used to use consecutive towers to track or triangulate the position, now you are also logged into the GPS system, trust me if they wanted these guys,they could have them within an hour.
