You should be more concerned with law and order returning to the Capital, especially inside the capital. The “Campers” need to be removed so the house and senate can get back to doing their jobs on other issues.

The OP(formerly the GOP) could strip the collective bargaining portion of the appropriations bill an attach it as and amendment to a non appropriations bill. A non appropriations bill does not require a quorum. It requires only a simple majority but the OP for some inexplicable reason also refuses to employ that strategy. That is caving.
