I say impeach him and let him prove he isn’t impeachable.

I've heard the argument that the eligibility issue prevents impeachment--you can only impeach a legally sitting President.

He can, though, be arrested and thrown in jail before his trial.

By virtue of his ineligibility, Obama could not be impeached...but, he could be arrested and escorted from the premises of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave by US Marshalls.
