Bull mastiffs are great dogs nonetheless, and still excellent guard dogs; the fawn color really is beautiful - but it doesn't contribute to their function the way brindle does.

I like reading a “standard” like the Aussie Shepherd, they are a mess! That is because in Australia they were selected for doing a JOB, not uniformity of looks.
