“QUANTITY AND QUALITY AND THE JIHADI FORUM”
SNIPPET: “On a recent day when I scanned active discussions on a number of the top forums (including AMAF, Jahad, Shmukh, S’nam, and Tahadi) I found two discussions (out of 384) on Shmukh that were interesting enough that I bothered to save a copy of them. Out of 55 active discussions at Jahad, 1 discussion was interesting enough to collect. If that rate were maintained as the Jahad forum grows, it would produce more interesting content than Shmukh, though I suspect that as forums grow and age, the quality of the content on them is diluted by activists who don’t really have much to contribute but who insist on starting discussions just to be part of the in crowd.”
