Apparently, everywhere. Just tell them that you are an international journalist doing a scientific study and ask if they will take a few minutes of their time posing for a picture which you will then use as the basis for an internationally published scientific article.

Well, it’s usually the exagerrated or uneven features that make someone aesthetically unattractive. That said, there seem to be very few heavy women averaged in, even Samoans; the average Brit, for instance, seems to wear a lot of lipstick. Also, the non-Western people all seem surprisingly pale. I know many Filipinas, and I don’t think I’ve ever met a one as pale as the “average.”

You can't think of it that way since there is no such thing as composite people. Each person is genetically unique but from a composite point of view, the hot women ARE “average”.

Your mind detects any genetic outliers (big chin, crooked eyes, etc) as “ugly”. When all the outliers are averaged, you get something closer to what your mind sees as “hot”. The average is closer to “perfect” human genes so it appears more attractive.

If you photographically averaged thousands of “ugly” women, it would result in something visually appealing. However, that person does not exist genetically.
