I don’t know if I’m ever going to buy a new car again if I can help it. Let someone else take the hit on the depreciation. Even though Toyota’s seem to do better in having less depreciation than most cars.
With all of the reports of recalls, Camry’s are still fine cars. They made them uglier than they used to be.
I have never seen deals on Camry’s that I have seen in the last 6 months. If you have wanted to buy one, there has never been a better time to do so.
The problem with that admirable plan is that Barry's "Cash for Clunkheads" accomplished its mission, which was to destroy as many serviceable used vehicles as possible to force people to buy new union-made vehicles.
Since the supply of good used vehicles is way down, their price is way up.
Sucks, but that's the way it is.
