My 185-pound KTM MX125 sports that feature also. Although I can almost pick up the whole bike in this case.
Nice ! Built like a brick ****house ! I bet it is very heavy as well !
I saw one of those things on the road in Virginia once. Not my cup of tea; I’ll stick with my Rocket III.
Unless you want to see the parts that just fell off your bike!
(Zeugma rides a sportster more than 350 days a year so I can say that)
And the point of buying a bike at half the cost when in 18 months it will be worth half that again is what...
Buy a Harley - be a man.
My Sportster riding friend says that’s simply an excellent excuse to get some shiny new parts to put on his baby...
If it ain’t a Harley, it aim’t $h!t.
Combining the worst aesthetics of the V-Twin and the BMW-Light Truck... Does it have reverse and a coffee maker?
We triked an older ‘dresser’ style Victory for a guy.
The owner loved it.
That one’s a bit futuristic for me though......:)
Reminds me of the ‘50’s Cadillacs, too much of everything. Give me an old Softail Custom anytime.
Gay.
Might as well buy a car or dune buggy....
So will I.
fork it over, bub. < |:)~
to = too
In all honesty Victory does have some very good bikes, and again in all honesty a biker isn’t afraid of what he or she rides, the mystique at least to me is knowing that when I ride either of my bikes I will always have either envious or hated eyes upon me.
I do not own a Harley, being a mechanic and savvy about mechanica fundamentals and purchasing value I bout a new Yamaha 1300 Tourer two years ago. Almost half the price of a Harley but with an engine design I liked. Its a water cooled counterbalanced fuel injected V-twin.
What would I buy if money wasn’t a question? I would get an Indian, the Victory line has some rock solid air cooled engines and all have 6 speed trannies. The Vision can be great for two-up and touring and if the style isn’t your cup of tea well it could come off and be sported out.
I also have a 1980 Honda CX 500 Deluxe with a Vetter faing, completely restored, its a unique and fun bike, Honda used to be ahead of everyone but lately I think Yamaha is, they make some good and powerful cruisers and touring bikes.
Buddy of mine had a Silver Wing along these lines.
I liked the Guzzi-esque transverse-V.
My CX looks almost exactly the same except the Vetter fairing I have doesn’t have the front amber TS lens like the the Windjammer has, mine is the Vindicator.
If the carbs are clean and balanced this bike runs about 9500rpm full throttle, and with a shaft drive it does lift the rear wheel a little bit when I goose it, I only wish it were possible to get one more higher gear so I can cruise at 65 without getting my hands all buzzed out.
