And that's why San Francisco is the "Special" city.

On the other hand someone praying in the Castro District would cause a riot by the inmates... er, uh, locals.

This is mild compared to the nasty crap that goes on there in the streets. Deviants are above the law. The media normally doesn’t even report stuff like this it happens so regularly.

Not so with visitors.
"Unfortunately, most of the tourists are taking photos with them," said Mission Station police Capt. Greg Corrales.
I imagine people would want to tour San Francisco in exactly the same way they would want to tour Thailand.
Sick freaks.

An amusing observation by my uncle, a cab driver in Sodom and Gomorrah by the Bay.
The Police will drive right past a teenage boy male prostitute to arrest a female prostitute.
The Police don't want to deal with a male homosexual prostitute and his hard luck story, or really have anything to do with the situation.
A female prostitute they will arrest, read the riot act to, act like a stern uncle, etc, etc.

I think Nevius isn't quit right by implying that tourists like exhibitionists.
Its like saying tourists 'like' people with elephantitis, or motorists 'like' car accidents.

Send him to a penal institution.

Today is a good day to die.
I didn't say for whom.
