We probably use the word Communist differently.
It might be something Communists do. It might be something any big government might do. I don’t think it’s specifically Communist. If you can find a Communist organization saying that dark skies is a goal of theirs.
I like the idea that its the old school street lighting companies that are behind the dark skies communist scare.
It does not have to be this way, with simple well designed lighting fixtures.
