That's what you call chutzpah--asking us to identify with the plight of the small businessman. Desperation does not justify a criminal act. His mistake was stealing from a famous person. Who's going to give their credit card information to this guy now? He's finished.

It is inexcusable.

Businesses fail all the time but how many owners characterize theft as just giving it “the old college try?”
