Here is a lady that is running close to if not within the margin or error behind Mitt Romney in recent polls.
Fox News "All Stars" at the end of the Special Report show spend 15 minutes talking about potential GOP candidates and her name comes up a total of one time. From Mort Kondrake of all people. Stephen Hayes looked like a snob and a coward. Bret Bair (who I like) didn't look awhole lot better. Whats going on ?
Later on Laura Ingram is on O'Reilly and she refuses to defend Bachmann and Palin. She seemed quite senile and detached from reality about the divide within the GOP.
Let me promise you. If Palin is kicked to the curb..we will not see a "truly conservative" Republican President at any time in the next 15 years. And Barack Obama will be re-elected. I promise that. GOP doesn't mean much to me. I would rather have the party cease to exist than go the anti Palin route. Start from scratch.. and Fox News is not the world authority on conservative politics. They are too big for their britches these days. they assume we will watch.
WHAT? When did that happen? Oh, NOoooooooooooooooo!
In any case, I think we need Bachman in congress, to help mobilize the troops and counterbalance Boner.

Hello they have been antipalin since the day of the election when Carl camoren came on BOR’s show and threw out every Mitt talkign point and backstabbing point he could in under 5 mins.
I've noticed recently that Greta acts bored when Palin is on her show - she used to hang on her every word. And it's not just Greta. Something's up at Fox, not sure what.
Some POGarbage from Slate stated last night that polling Bachmann for Senate shows she is FAR behind the current woman Senator. I cannot remember the name of the present Senator from her state.
I suspect the Slate dude was lying thru his teeth.
Palin is going to do the ronald reagan memorial.

How could she be bored? She learned that Sputnik bankrupted the USSR from Palin.
I saw the same segment with the All Star panel. Krauthammer was a disgrace.
As for FOX as a whole, I wouldn’t call them anti Palin. Greta, Hannity and Beck are all friendly forums.
In fact there are only a few I would call opposed to Palin: Krauthammer, Rove, and OReilly (and of course the house libs - Shep, Geraldo, Beckel).

What you guys should do, for efficiency’s sake, is only read each other’s posts.
Then you would never encounter a fact or thought that conflicted with your present knowledge base.
Krauthammerhead, Gingpoor, Weekly Standard CFR/new world order neocons -Barnes, Kristol, et al), Rove, O’reillys auto parts, are all phony conservatives. By stabbing Palin in the back repeatedly, they are stabbing most of us on here in the back. They are in bed with Romney.
In essence, by doing that, they are fellow travelers with Matthews, Olbermann, Madcow, Daily Kos, DU, Soros, and all the other left wing haters. The (overt and subtle) hatred directed against her is unparalleled in US history.
There is a price to pay for all of this. Permanent minority status for GOP is one possibility.

You’re not the only one who’s noticed the change in FOX New lately. I have too. At first, I was very disappointed the most balanced coverage of political news was slipping more and more to the Left.
However, such is Life. The “Fair and Balanced” brand got them to #1. Since you label yourself as “young” perhaps your parents told you how things used to be in the good old days, when journalists were bound by the principles of their trade to be objective and to report the news, period. Newscasters and reporters took that as their solemn duty and most of them did their jobs admirably in days gone by.
Those days are long gone. There are just one or two iron-clad rules in todays news business. One is “do whatever it takes to get ratings.” Another is “say whatever it takes to sell the product to the most people.”
Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman have dared to speak their minds without the permission of the old guard Republicans and FOX talking heads. Both dared to do so in spite of being advised against it by Fox “experts”. FOX is big. That doesn’t make it brave or principled.

Young though you may be, you seem to realize one important thing. We’re at a crossroads in America. And the only thing that’s going to keep us from being thrown onto the trash heap of history is WE THE PEOPLE. Keep the faith.
