One thing to keep in mind.
If there is a “long form” BC, it would have been generated in a hospital, then recorded with the state.
If the state claims it is lost, go to the damn hospital and get the records.
I assume that there is a possibility of only two hospitals, Queens and Kapiolani.
I have said all along, Obozo should claim that he was born on the street, or in a manger, and that is why he has only the bogus certification :P
This is one of several reasons why there won't be a forgery.
In 1961 hospital maternity units ( for obvious reasons) were meticulous about recording the names of the mother and baby. Those ledgers were written using long hand penmanship. Slipping another name into the list of delivers of the day would be hard to do.
Any forgery would need to match up with his hospital ledger entry.
