All it will take is one state legislature to pass a law requiring any candidate for president or vice president to have proven constitutional qualification for this to be REALLY big in 2012.

Someone needs to lobby Utah to do this. I don't know of any other state with the conservative guts/base to try...

I’m wondering if the FEC will claim that federal elections can’t be run or affected by state election boards. So the state can pass the law, but will it be respected on a fed election? It might have to run up the judicial tree.
