"I was like, 'I'm hoping nobody saw me. So let me just walk away,'" Marrero said, adding a word of advice to the digitally obsessed: "Do not text and walk.
The fountain could have been empty. ... I could have walked into a bus, you know. ... I could have got hit by a car. It can happen anywhere ... anywhere."
Note to Marrero: You were in a public venue. You chose to do something stupid. You looked stupid as a result. You have no claim on anyone but yourself for everything that followed as a result, sort of like when you used other people's credit cards without their permission, didn't pay them back in the two years they gave you and got busted as a result.

"I admit, it was funny," she said, before choking back tears. "But nobody took my feelings into consideration.""Unfortunately, I didn't have anything to grab onto and hold my balance," said Marrero, who appeared on "GMA" alongside her lawyer. "Nobody [from the mall] called to see if I was okay."

**It can happen anywhere**
She still doesn’t get ‘it’.
‘It’ is the result of her own stupidity and carelessness. If she had been hit by a car - it would have been because she walked into it.
By her own admission, ‘it’ was her own fault. Good luck with trying to pass the buck.
