Funnyman Seth Rogen was left stunned by a recent encounter with his moviemaking hero George Lucas - because the Star Wars director spent 20 minutes telling him the world would end in 2012.
Rogen was left speechless when Lucas and Steven Spielberg joined a movie meeting he was a part of - but the encounter has left him worried his life will be over next year.
He recalls, George Lucas sits down and seriously proceeds to talk for around 25 minutes about how he thinks the world is gonna end in the year 2012, like, for real. He thinks it.

I wonder if Lucas would be willing to sign over all proceeds from his various franchises to me on Jan 1, 2013.
Wow. Wotta brain trust.
“the only response to some people is,”....*Bless your little heart.
So does this mean there won’t be a Star Wars sequel trilogy?
George Lucas: beeber stuner
Yes, production will begin in January, 2013. IF we’re still here!
.....Or maybe Seth Rogen hit too much Pineapple Express before he attended the meeting...
when Lucas and Steven Spielberg give all their money and stuff away, the world will end.
They will keep it just in case.
Everyone believes that, somehow, everything is different because they are here at this moment, and that things will not go on when they are gone.
The earth is 4.5 BILLION years old and Lucas is a nano-blip.
As are we all...
It also explains why Lucas chose not to film the final trilogy. We are indebted to the Mayans, it seems. ;-)
Their world will end on election day, November 6, 2012, when their heads explode. As for the world inhabited by sane people, no one knows the date or the hour when at time will come.
I love the folks that put so much faith in the Mayan calendar, but aren’t wondering why we can’t figure out their dissappearance. If they could see the end of our world, why couldn’t they see the end of theirs?
No matter, dear liberals, it is true. The world will on on December 21, 2012. Please don’t waste your time voting for a POTUS that will never be sworn in.
That is freakin awesome! Thanks for posting!
Well that must be why the Star Wars movies are coming out on Blu Ray this fall so we can have a little time to enjoy them ;-)
