The article states that you get B12 from meat, chicken, fish and dairy. That accounts for most of my diet, if you add lettuce, tomatoes potaotes and cereal, that just about wraps it up. I could not possibly be low in B12.

You could be low on b12 if for some reason your body is unable to absorb it through your stomach.
