I've got a bunch of aged pecan wood for smoking. I wonder how much for a mammoth? I can do this math.....

Well, to smoke properly you need 4 lbs of wood per pound of meat (give or take). A mammoth weighs in at 16,000 lbs or so, so we need 64,000 lbs of pecan.

Or 60,000 lbs of mesquite and 4,000 lbs of pecan (trust me).

This is doable...
