An M4 or .357 magnum? I’m your guy. Or a bow. Or 3 feet of 1095 steel.

Wonder if the later would be effective? Mine cuts 1 1/2 inch diameter rose bush branches like they’re made of Nerf...

Assuming 14,000 lbs for the gross weight, dressed weight should be about 9800 lbs (figuring 71% dress weight). We'll need right at 5 tons of wood to smoke it. And about 459 gallons of BBQ sauce.

I think those numbers are correct. Culinary school was back in '02.

It should serve about 19,600 people, and we'll need 900 gallons of potato salad, and 900 gallons of ranch style beans.

And about 6000 loaves of bread.

Someone else can figure out how much beer. And the number of trash cans and porta-potties.
