Assuming 14,000 lbs for the gross weight, dressed weight should be about 9800 lbs (figuring 71% dress weight). We'll need right at 5 tons of wood to smoke it. And about 459 gallons of BBQ sauce.

I think those numbers are correct. Culinary school was back in '02.

It should serve about 19,600 people, and we'll need 900 gallons of potato salad, and 900 gallons of ranch style beans.

And about 6000 loaves of bread.

Someone else can figure out how much beer. And the number of trash cans and porta-potties.

Haha, are you sure you weren’t a quartermaster in the military? Very good logistical conclusions. I feel compelled to point out though, that you forgot the chili. Chili is an ever important addition to any meal heh.

After all your math, I’m surprised you didn’t figure out the beer, based on your conclusion of feeding 19,600 people, we would need 235,200 beers. Although that number could be adjusted based on the number of underage people there. The math is based on everyone 18+ (drinking age in Canada). The only left to determine then would be what kind.

Trash cans and the blue rockets? That would be something beyond my paygrade to figure out, but a very valid problem to figure out.

On a side note, I wonder if they’ll bring back the sabertooth too, always thought they would make great pets.
